Your body knows how to heal. Help it remember.
Myofascial release is slow, focused bodywork that addresses the root of chronic pain—not just the symptoms. If you've tried everything and nothing's stuck, this might be why.

What is Myofascial Release?
Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through your entire body, surrounding muscles, bones, and organs. When it gets tight or restricted (from injury, stress, surgery, or just daily life), it can cause pain that shows up far from the source.
Myofascial release uses sustained, gentle pressure to let those restrictions soften and release. It's not about force. It's about giving your body the time and space to unwind patterns it's been holding, sometimes for years.
This isn't a spa massage. It's therapeutic work that gets to the why behind your pain.
60 Minute MFR Massage
An hour gives us time to focus. We can work with one or two areas that need attention—enough to start shifting patterns, not enough to rush. Good for maintenance or when you know where the tension lives.
$120
90 Minute MFR Massage
Ninety minutes gives the body time to settle, and gives me time to listen. We can follow what shows up without watching the clock. If you're dealing with something that's been around for a while, this is usually the right pace. Recommended for first time clients

120 Minute MFR Massage
Two hours is for the deep work. Patterns that have been held for years don't always let go quickly. Sometimes the body needs to know you're not going anywhere before it softens. This is for chronic pain, long-standing restrictions, or when you're ready to give the process real space.

“I've been coming to Myofascial Release Center and seeing Eric…for almost a year. Eric has helped tremendously in solving lower back pain and other long term injuries. I had previously tried chiropractors and doctors, without resolution”
Robert H.
“Eric…is the first massage therapist that I have found who can help me manage my chronic pain condition. I have been seeing him for approximately two years. He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Eric has been well trained and he uses that knowledge, in addition to outside research, to support his clientele.”
Jackie K.
“I'm willing to try anything to feel better in my body: PT, shots, massage, acupuncture, acupressure, Reiki, yoga, Pilates, stretch, and so on. All of those things have been great - temporarily. I'm a few months into myofascial treatments with Eric, and it's no exaggeration to say I am feeling and seeing substantial positive results that get more profound with each session.”
Deborah B.
“I went to see Eric for lower back pain and tight hips that I had been dealing with for over a year and a half. I had tried physical therapy, which helped a little, but after just one session with Eric, my pain is almost completely gone! I’m honestly amazed by the difference I feel already.”

He takes the time to understand my body's specific needs, adjusting his techniques as needed to ensure I get the best results. I always leave feeling lighter, freer, and significantly better than when I walked in.
Thanks to Eric, I no longer suffer from the debilitating pain that once ruled my life. I've regained mobility in my SI joint and hip area, and my overall quality of life has improved dramatically. I can move freely again, without fear of pain holding me back.”
